Bridge21 can’t do it without you.
Thank You for Donating
Thank you for your gift to Bridge21 Park City. This support directly contributes to our work to help neurodiverse adults in Summit County build fulfilling and independent lives.
Bridge21 exists because too many neurodiverse adults are left without options once they age out of the systems meant to support them. We’re changing that through cognitively accessible housing solutions paired with supportive, life-skills programing designed to build independence. Your gift goes directly toward our mission: helping adults with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities (A/I/DD) grow in their independence, their employment, and their everyday lives.
Your gift also supports our programs that are designed to help residents and the broader neurodiverse population build connection beyond the home.
