Our Story
MISSION: We create accessible housing for adults with neurodiversities in Park City, fostering quality of life within a supportive community.
How We Started
Bridge21 began in 2020 around a kitchen table, where a group of Park City families and community leaders came together around a shared concern: adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities needed more opportunities to live independently while remaining connected to the community they call home.
What started as a conversation grew into years of research, planning, and collaboration. The founding team studied successful housing models, listened to local families, and identified the need for accessible, supportive, long-term housing in Summit County.
In 2025, that vision became a reality when Bridge21 opened its first home for four residents. Today, Bridge21 is building on that foundation—creating meaningful programming, strengthening community connections, and working toward a network of neuroinclusive homes throughout Park City.
